At Anchored Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
